Job Compensation Tool
The purpose of this online tool is to provide Management of organizations with estimated pay values for a group of jobs that may be in their organizations. To obtain this data, ONESTEP chose a group of typical jobs (“target job families”) in Ontario agencies and organizations that help people who are employment challenged. We surveyed all the ONESTEP member agencies, asking them to provide pay-related information about their organizations and the target jobs. We also approached a group of Ontario private-sector and government organizations and asked them to provide similar information.
